Retreats
Many people long for a quieter space to listen more deeply to their lives and to God's movement in their lives. My retreats offer a gentle, structured day apart from ordinary pace — with guided reflection, simple contemplative practices, and unhurried silence. No prior experience with meditation or retreating is needed. Participants are invited to notice, rather than achieve, and to discover that attentive presence itself becomes a form of prayer. The retreats may be designed to center on a theme like "letting go", time of year ("new beginnings"), or transition ("embracing wisdom"), etc. Each retreat is developed in conversation with the hosting community and shaped to fit their needs and setting.
